Carmen Lara & Gina Nenstiel are partners in life and in their work with Blue Zulu Healing. A unique duo working in the Akashic Records, they are described by their guides as “like a radio”. Carmen is the transmitter and Gina the receiver. Carmen transmits 5D geometric energy codes and directs it to the recipient(s). The recipient receives an energetic reading from Carmen, as well as the bulk of the energy work taking place in the session, as her specialty is clearing blocks. Carmen is also an amplifier for Gina who receives information while in the records in a variety of ways and delivers words with high frequencies of love that fill the recipient. Gina and Carmen have assisted many beings both people and animals, in healing through this work.
Gina Nenstiel is 48 years old and lives in Spearfish, South Dakota. After working in law enforcement for almost 15 years, attending an Oklahoma Retreat in 2020 hosted by Mary Boatman and Carol Morgan, changed her life. It was there that she first saw extraterrestrial ships and experienced her first miraculous healing. This led to a path of devoted focus of the non-physical. After living in Oklahoma her entire adult life, she received guidance that the Black Hills of South Dakota was her love territory. Gina promptly quit her job, sold her home, and moved to a place she had never been before. Since then, she and her partner Carmen have been working together exploring the Akashic Records and energetic healing. It is Gina’s mission now to shine the love of God onto everyone she comes in contact with using both her written words and spoken.
Carmen Lara has been practicing energy healing with animals and people since 2018. She’s certified in Healing Touch for Animals and also uses the Akashic Records as a modality for healing.
A mission of Carmen’s is to bring humanity and animals together. She educates her human clients how to connect on a deeper level with their animals.

What is the Akashic Records?
The Akashic Records is an energetic library full of books each soul has “written” about every moment of all their incarnations. All of our lives past, present, future are happening simultaneously. There is great healing that occurs during these sessions when healing something in the now is also healing the now of the past and future because there is only now.

About sessions
Sessions held via Zoom
Sessions are 45 minutes and scheduled for 60 minutes via Zoom. Sessions are recorded and once processed, emailed to you. Link is sent prior to session.
Payment
Sessions are $150.
Payments are to be made prior to session and method for the payment will be given via email when booking is finalized. We accept PayPal, Venmo and Zelle.
What to expect and how to prepare for a session info
To provide a relaxed, open and safe space in which to receive healing, ask yourself:
“Am I willing and open to the idea that there is more to know about the truth of who I am?”
When beginning the session, I recommend that you then:
1. Call in your guides and ask that all that transpires aligns with your highest good.
2. Set your intention on healing.
3.We will use the Pathway Prayer to access your records using your full legal name.
4. You will then ask your question (one at a time).
5. Carmen’s role is an energy transmitter who specializes in the bulk of the energy work during the session, especially that of clearing. She transmits energy that is 5D geometric codes. She directs this energy to you as soon as the records are open. When working with Gina in your records, it amplifies Gina and the information she receives. Also with the energy she sends you, there may be information for you to receive at a later time.
6. Gina's role is a receiver. She translates the energy from your guides into words and speaks them aloud. She sees, feels, and receives “downloads” of information which add more context to the information. (Like notes in the margin of a book). With the frequency of the words this replaces the energy that was cleared.
7. You will receive the healing needed for your highest and best good.
8. After the message is delivered, you may ask your next question.
9. We will end by closing your records with saying the Closing Prayer.
Questions Topic-
Prepare 4-8 questions for the session. Any topic. We will cover as many questions as we can during the session. Some might have longer responses.
Avoid “yes” “no” and “when” types of questions. Best to use What, Why, How.
You cannot find out information about other people, this is your records. You might be able to get some information about your life's lessons/agreements or history together with someone or an animal, but it’s from your soul's perspective.
Example of questions:
*What is the pain in my body? Why did I create it and How do I heal it?
*What lessons did I create for myself in this lifetime?
*Are there foods that work best for me?
*Does this new job/business/major fit into my soul’s path?
*I find myself in the same type of dating cycles over and over and they aren’t healthy, why and how can I choose differently?
*I feel anxious a lot lately. Why is this and how can I heal from it?
LOVING REMINDER that this is not only a reading, but also an energy healing session. Please drink lots of water after the session and listen to your body.
